He is survived by: his mother Peggy Puckett Fox (Robert); his children, Danielle Perry (Benjamin), Carrie Boone, Dustin Boone and Shannon Boone; his siblings, Eugene Boone, Jr., Cindy Blevins (Gary) and Stephanie Wyatt (J. C.); and his close friend Tammy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
