Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Garrett Funeral Home (203 N Shady Ave, Damascus, VA 24236). A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (1106 Nell St, Tazewell, TN 37824).
