We are sad to announce that, on November 6, 2025, at the age of 78, Debbie H. Smarr of Abingdon, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Debbie departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Debbie. Though Debbie may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Phillips and Dorothea Phillips (Batley). She is survived by: her children, Robert Folino and Melissa Sequete (Randall); and her grandchildren, Carmela Folino, Alexander Sequete and Evan Sequete.
