It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Sue Belcher (Abingdon, Virginia), who passed away on October 17, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Lee Belcher; her parents, John Harvey and Shirley Louise Hess; and her sisters, Wanda Barbrow and Teresa Snider.

She is survived by: her children, Leigh Ann Miller (Wayne) and Shane Belcher (Morgan); and her grandchildren, Matthew Miller, Carlee, James, Jeremiah, Emily and Maddy Belcher. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
