He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Castillo Minnick; his children, Jacob Lee Minnick (Christine), Jessica Maria Minnick and Tiffany Renee Shifflett Jenkins (Scott); his sisters, Laryssa Turley (Wayne) and Barbara Waddell (Curtis); and his grandsons, Elias Minnick and Finnigan James Harris Jenkins.
