She is survived by: her children, George Holinda, Jr. (Bonnie) and Faith Anne Holinda (Gary); her grandson Patrick Ryan Holinda (Jill); her great grandchild Chase Riley Holinda; her niece Donna Sue Worley (Kevin); and her nephew Randy Allen Phelps.
