She was predeceased by: her mother Wanda Jean Reynolds; her brother Roy Lee Reynolds; her grandparents, Roy, Ruby Barker, John Banner and Dorothy Reynolds; and her parents-in-law, David Payne and Judy Payne.
She is survived by: her father Bobby Lee Reynolds Sr.; her husband Joseph Eugene Payne Sr.; her son Joseph Eugene Payne Jr. (Kay Nault); her grandchildren, Daisy Rose Payne, Ivy Jane Payne and Jaxson "Bug" Dean Payne; her siblings, Bobby Lee Reynolds Jr. and Juanita Jean Reynolds; and her siblings-in-law, Wayne Payne, Beth Payne and Susan Wright. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.
The family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Frost Funeral Home in Abingdon, Virginia, to assist with final funeral expenses.
