He is survived by: his son Benjamin Arnold; and his siblings, Eva Sue Stewart (Roby), Louise Taylor (Charlie), Gilmer Otey (Joyce), Robert Wayne Otey (Diane), Kenny Otey and Sam Otey (Lisa). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
