He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Rust and Quincey Rust; his brother Jimmy Rust; and his sister-in-law Julie Wright. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Ellen Wise (Billy) and Donna Doss; his grandsons, Jason and Jeffrey Wise; his great grandchildren, Mallorie and Emily Wise; his sister Judy Barker (Kelly); his nephew Eric Barker; and his great-niece Peyton Barker.
