He is survived by: his children, Melody Helton of Meadowview, Virginia, Brenda Tackett, Charles Bentley and Kevin Tackett; his granddaughter Ashley Bentley; his brother David Estep (Teresa); and his nephew Chase Estep. He is also survived by several extended family members, friends.
