Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Edith Parris leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Verlin Parris and Helen Annie Parris; her husband Joe B. Bare; her brothers, Wilford and Gene Parris; and her nephew Verlin W. Parris.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Hollars (Richard), Terry O'Quinn (Danny), Kim Harris (Jerry) and Vickie Cornelius (John); her grandson Steve Bare; and her sister-in-law Shirley Parris. She is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
