He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Arnold and Elizabeth Belisle Kirk; and his sister Cynthia McKenny. He is survived by: his sons, Billy Arnold (Jamie), Zachary Testerment (Amber) and Joshua Testerment (Sarah Beth); his siblings, Tim Arnold (Jill), Jenny Carmack (Rusty) and Kathy Harless (David); his grandchildren, Kegan, Kenzie, Elizabeth, Eric, Skylar of Jesse, JT and Adiden; and his close friend Melissa Otey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
