Monk and Robert Bell; his granddaughter Deanette Dye; and his siblings, James Henry Monk, Lora Browning, Gladys McGlothin and Marie Lawson.
He is survived by: his children, Eddie Monk, Jerry Monk (Joyce) and Connie Dye; his stepchildren, Laura Stout and Steven Scarberry; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Monk, Christopher Monk, Jerissa Looney, Corey Dye, Maymay Shaughnessy, Phillip Bell and Laurie Whitworth. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
