He is survived by: his son Samuel Scott Osborne (Rachel) of Lexington, Kentucky; his grandsons, Christopher Osborne of Clarksville and Justin Osborne (Cortney) of New Albany, Indiana; his siblings, Bob Osborne (Bradley) of Saltville, Virginia and Carol Evans of Jonesborough, Tennessee; his great grandchild Adeline Osborne; Griffin Osborne of New Albany, Indiana.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
