It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin D. Stallard (Abingdon, Virginia), who passed away on September 27, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Boyd Stallard; his mother Evelyn Stewart Stallard; and his sister Ann Willis. He is survived by: his children, Tammi Hayter (Ricky) of Roanoke, VA and Chad Stallard (Caron) of Fairfax, VA; his siblings, Patricia Stallard of Norton, VA and Hubert Stallard (Gloria) of Midlothian, VA; his grandchildren, Morgan Parris (Jake), Miles Hayter, Rylee Stallard and Addyson Stallard; and his great grandchild Declan Parris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
