It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred H. Balthazr of Abingdon, Virginia, who passed away on June 2, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Balthazr and Doris Balthazr; his wife Theresia Steiner Balthazr; his son Henry Balthazr; and his grandchildren, Mikey Balthazr, Virginia Lowe and Hank Wright, Jr..

He is survived by: his children, Allen Balthazr (Dawn), Mickey Balthazr (Dawn), Sheila Blevins, Pam Terry (Kris) and Scotty Balthazr; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Balthazr (Cristina), Kimberly Necessary (Daniel), Timothy Wright (Catina), Christopher Wright, Ashley Blevins and Brittany Blevins; his great grandchild Jacob Burke; and his brother Earl Lowe. He is also survived by several other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
