He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Rouse and Lillian Rouse; his siblings, Brenda Widner and Kenny Rouse; and his grandson Collin Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Rouse; his daughters, Angie Menchaca and Kelly Fairchild; his grandchildren, Sierra Menchaca-Brothers (Ryan), Kaitlyn Mowell (Jeremy), Devin Menchaca and Madison Evans; his great grandchildren, Aria Quinn and Opie Mowell; and his siblings, Jeff Rouse (Tammy), Allen Rouse (Kelli), Dale Rouse (Jenna), Alice Morley (Kermit), Judy Lowe (Dale), Joyce Warren (Wayne), Pat Williams (Kenneth) and Tammy McConnell (Julian). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 27th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Forest Hills Memory Gardens (19415 Lee Hwy, Abingdon, VA 24210).
