With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gail Kathryn Butler (Abingdon, Virginia), born in Middletown, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 23, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Gail Kathryn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gail Kathryn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bailey and Regina Gaffney Bailey; and her sister Irene Lawerance-Bailey. She is survived by: her husband Clarence "Buzz" Butler; and her son Michael Argenta (Kim) of Savannah, GA..
