He is survived by: his wife Drema; his siblings, William Waters (Sylvia) of Knoxville, Deborah Reiff (Bob) of Blacklick and Tina Davis (Tucker) of Kingsport; and his close friends, Leigh and Jimmy Hobbs of Bristol.
