He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble Woodard and Draper Woodard; his brothers, Donald Woodward, Darrell Woodard, Harold Woodard, Michael Woodard, Ronald Woodard and Ricky Woodard; and his father-in-law Kellis "Ket" Street.
He is survived by: his wife Jacquetta "Lynn" Woodard; his children, Kim Walker (Scott), Richard Woodard (Alicia), David Woodard, Cindy and Matt Viers; his grandchildren, Ian Walker (LinsiAn Loadman-Copeland), Kelse Lane (Jason), Payton Walker and Morgan Woodard; his siblings, Larry Woodward (Linda) and Wanda Miller (Kermit); his mother-in-law Bonnie Street; his siblings-in-law, Ket "Barney" Street, Kenny Street, Betty Woodward, Sarah Woodard, Veronica Woodard and Rita Woodard; and his friend Ray Coleman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
