Harris IV (Leslie) and Sara Harris Mullins (Kevin); her grandchildren, John-Kevin Mullins II, George T. Harris V (Quentin), Brantley N. Mullins and Jake Spencer Harris; her sister Sarita Mullins; her siblings-in-law, Sara Harris Hanks and Jim Hammond; and her caregivers, Angie Inman Alford and Judy Francis.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society or Green Springs Presbyterian Church.
