He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Ruth and Frank Roland Finney. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Lynn DiBona of Fairfax and Angela Ruth Finney of Marshall, N. C.; his brother Howard Finney (Bonnie) of Lebanon; and his grandsons, Aidan Finney DiBona and Conor Finney DiBona. He is also survived by brother, and grandsons.
