She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Richard Shatley and Carrie Cornelia Reynolds Shatley; her husband Woodrow Wilson Fields; and her siblings, Cecil Shatley, Sidney Richard Shatley, Jr., Gladys Shatley Halpain, Bertha Shatley Farris, Judy Harriett Combs, Robert Stevens Shatley and Curtis William Shatley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Fields Barrington (Kevin) of Bentonville and Rebecca Jo Fields; her siblings, Charles Pete Shatley, Carl Dean Shatley, Gail Shatley Mercer (Robert), Maurice Dewaine Shatley (Dee) and Daniel Richard Shatley (Silvia); her siblings-in-law, Hugh Halpain, Rosemary Shatley and Gail Sprinkle Shatley; and her grandson Zachary Taylor Barrington. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the First United Methodist Church, located at 201 NE 2nd St., Bentonville, AR 72712.
