She is survived by: her son James A. Nixon (Bobbie G.) of Abingdon, VA; her daughter-in-law Cathe Lowe Nixon of Newnan, GA; and her grandchildren, Jordan Nixon, April Hayes, Hollie O (Connor), Crystal Striker and Jamie Davis. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
