Howard Payne Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard Payne (Abingdon, Virginia), who passed away on March 31, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Rev. Joseph Franklin; and his siblings, Ann Mowell and Frank Payne. He is survived by: his wife Rose Payne; his children, Howard Payne Jr. (Karen) and Penny Payne; his grandson Sawyer Payne; his nephew Joe Payne; and his niece Kelly Payne Briggs-Waldrop.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Abingdon Baptist Church.
