He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Louise Phillips Booher; and his siblings, Avanelle Worley, Evelyn Carter and Robert Burke Booher. He is survived by: his daughters, Anita Carol Booher of St. Petersburg, FL. and Karen Leigh Booher of St. Petersburg, FL.; and his sister Mary Margaret Hensley of Galax, VA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
