Jackie Lee McClanahan Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on September 21, 2025, at the age of 84, Jackie Lee McClanahan (Abingdon, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. McClanahan (Bill) and Margie Wright McClanahan; and his brother Bodie Wright. He is survived by: his sisters, Shelia Woodyard of Hillsville and Shirley Hall of Bristol, Virginia.; his wife Lana McClanahan; his sons, Greg McClanahan (Vicky), Pat McClanahan (Missy) and Shawn McClanahan (Jessica Jon); his grandchildren, Rachel Dawson (Brandt), Eileen Alexander (Rich), Madison, Morgan and Peyton McClanahan; and his great grandchildren, Lainey Alexander and Nora Dawson.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Jackie McClanahan Memorial Fund at the Abingdon Church of Christ.
