He was predeceased by: his parents, Wenn Ball and Joyce Holdaway Ball Vest; and his siblings, Goldie Ball Elliott and Wilbur Ralph Ball. He is survived by: his wife Betty Zane Moore Ball; his children, Betty Stevenson of Bear, DE, Patty Williams of Wilmington, DE and Patrick Ball of Hartly, DE; his sisters, Thelma Houck of Winston Salem, NC and Margaret Mason of Livingston, TX; and his nieces, Joy Ball Poston of Marion, VA and Diane O. Walker of San Diego, CA.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
