He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Crusenberry and Marie Crusenberry of Abingdon, VA.; and his brother Daniel Crusenberry. He is survived by: his wife Connie Crusenberry; his children, April Jones (Scotty) of Bristol, VA and Cody Crusenberry (Reagan) of Knoxville, TN; his siblings, Doris Cullop (Kyle) of Meadowview, VA and Randy Crusenberry of Bristol, VA; and his granddaughter Madison Jones of Bristol, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Shiloh Free Will Baptist Church in Bristol, VA.
