It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Waldo Tiscornia of Abingdon, Virginia, born in Stockton, California, who passed away on August 24, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lester Tiscornia and Bernice Tiscornia; his wife JoEllen; his children, James Winston, David (Lisa), Kari Lamancusa (Joe) and Kristin Thomas (Ted); his grandchildren, Tempest, Sophie, John, Elinor, Clara, William, Andy and James; and his siblings, Laurianne Davis (Barry) and Edward (Jeanne).
