He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kay Scott; his daughters, Angie Scott Osborne (T. J.) and Kim Scott Jones (Billy); his grandchildren, Kaylynn Osborne, Jaimie Hale, Hannah Osborne, Megan Moore, Dayton Scott Osborne, Lindsey Deel and Carter Jones; and his great grandchildren, Amiyah Osborne, Rylee Moore and Winnick Hale.
