He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Foster; his children, Jerry Foster (Tink), April Torres, Terry Foster (Kim), Angelita Carpenter, Gregory Scales, Channell Blevins and Danielle Love; his siblings, Patricia Austin (William) and Ellain Tabor; his nieces, Rochelle "Sandy" King and Tasha Eury; and his nephew Michael Austin. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
