He is survived by: his children, Jerry Lee Adkins, Jr. and Teresa Lynn Watson; his grandchildren, Jessica Cooke, Jason Adkins, Jeramy Trent, Y'landa Widener and Justin Watson; and his great grandchildren, Sammie JoLynn, Jayla, Sylas and Lily Jean.
