He is survived by: his sister Erica Maxfield Collins (Chris); his half-sister Lisa Maxfield Diffenderfer (Greg); his aunts, Carole Hutton Duty, Marie Hutton Cody (Anthony) and Betsy Hutton DePew (Edward); and his cousins, Stephanie Duty Farley (Kevin) and Joshua Duty (Holly). He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
