With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jim Eugene Horton (Abingdon, Virginia), born in Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on August 28, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Horton; his stepson Nathan Garrett Taylor (Marci); his sisters, Patricia Dougherty and Carolyn Vaughan; his granddaughters, Danica Neisius (Luke) and Kelsey Wise; his great grandchildren, James, Collin, Stella and Roland Neisius; and his pet Etta Jane. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
