He is survived by: his children, Larry Johnson, Sheila Trivett and Wanda Blevins; his siblings, Lucille Farmer, Ted Trivett, Johnny Trivett and Darrell Trivett; his grandchildren, Eric Trivett (Samantha), Andrew Trivett and Kim Blevins; his great grandchildren, Sophia Owens, Paiten Carol, Zayden Potter and Teighlor Potter; and his close friend Scott Puckett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
