He is survived by: his daughter Haley Manuel; his siblings, Bobby Manuel, Ray Manuel, Edna Mae Roberts, Helen Green, Judy Manuel and Christine Lyons; and the mother of his child Marsha St. John. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
