He is survived by: his wife Beth Maiden Mahaffey; his children, Erin McCarthy (Steve), Kimberley Mahaffey (Robert Votta), Amanda Mahaffey (Nathan Chapman), David Dean (Chrissy) and Elizabeth Ledford (Don); his grandchildren, Megan Moore (Chris), Grace Ledford, Will Dean, Luke Ledford, Harley Votta, Harrison Dean and Rosemarin Mahaffey Chapman; his great grandchildren, Zoey and Diana Moore; his nieces, Tori Mahaffey and Annie Chaney; and his friends, Schery and David Collins. He is also survived by his family, friends.
