He is survived by: his daughter Kendra Shea Hooker; his mother Wilma "Winkie" Barton; his brother Richie Hooker (Vicki Donnelly); his stepmother Shirley Hooker; and his stepsiblings, Pam McCracken Rhonda (Steve), Kimberly Helbert (Rick) and Steven Powers.
