She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Osborne (Kenny) of Bristol and Deborah Osborne of Abingdon; her siblings, Wayne Balthazrr (Sharon) of Florida, Howard Balthazrr (Danielle) of Florida and Sue Thompson (Donnie); and her grandchildren, Danielle, David, Cory, Heather, Scotty, Isabella, Megan and Craig. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
