She is survived by: her children, Linda Ball (James), Cecil Rhoten (Patsy) of Abingdon and Jimmy Rhoten of Bristol, Tennessee; her daughter-in-law Andrea Lewis Rhoten; her grandchildren, Jacob Rhoten (Brian Rath), Nicole Marshall, Alicia Smeltzer (Lucas), Michael Rhoten (Sarah), Wesley Ball, Hanna Rhoten, Haley Owens (Ryan), Allison Ratliff (Josh), Courtney Pile (Ben), Ben Rhoten, Josh Rhoten (Angeli) and Becky Rhoten; and her siblings, Billie Thompson and Bobby Dye. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
