She was predeceased by: her father J. W. Musick; and her son Robert Samuel "Robbie" Osborne. She is survived by: her husband Bill Osborne of Abingdon, Virginia; her sons, Mark Joseph Osborne (Julie) of Bristol and Jason Andrew Osborne (Elizabeth) of Meadowview, Virginia; her grandchildren, Nathaniel, Neil, Kaelan, Abigayle Osborne, Makenna and Isaac Clay; and her brother William Carl "Butch" Musick.
