She is survived by: her siblings, John Dykesten (Zofi) of Big Bear, CA and Cathy Warn (Randy) of Leesville, SC.; her sons, Pete Burns (Mandi) of Bristol, VA and Matthew Burns (Sara Beth) of Fairview, NC; and her grandchildren, Charles, Stella, Natasha, Calvin and Nolan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a couple of very special friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Farris Funeral Service - Main Street Chapel (427 E Main St, Abingdon, VA 24210). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
