She is survived by: her son Steven Terry Jr.; her mother Nancy Hartlieb; her brother Frederick S. Holz, Jr. (Melody); her nephew Frederick S. Holz, III (Collette); and her nieces, Anneliese LaTempa and Roxanne Hayes. She is also survived by 10 great nieces and nephews.
