She was predeceased by: her parents, Wyatt Harry Carter and Dorothy Ellis Carter. She is survived by: her siblings, Carole Fitzsimmons, Kathy C. Mull (John), Michael Carter, Wyatt "Scooter" Carter (Millicent) and Jeanie Spence (Jerry). She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins.
