He was predeceased by: his father Cecil Mullins; his sister Susan Mullins Price; and his nephew David Eugene Price. He is survived by: his wife Scyrethia Mullins; his children, Kevin Mullins (Sunny Kennedy) and Tamara Mullins; his sisters, Ann Coleman (Tom) and Marie Deel; his uncle Elder Stanley (Glenda); and his granddaughter Hollyn Mullins.
