He is survived by: his wife Nancy Elaine Chapman; his daughter Misti Chapman Talati of Enfield, CT; his grandchild Kelci Talati; his sister Donna Chapman; his nephew Jeff Molinary of Wytheville Virginia; his stepdaughter Dr. Tanya Boothe (Robert Boothe); his stepgrandson Trey; his stepchildren, Gabe, Jadon Boothe and Dr. Justin Ferguson (Julie Ferguson); his stepgrandchildren, Jack, Max, Beau and Marley; and his grandsons, Trey Boothe, Gabriel Boothe, Jadon Boothe, Jack Ferguson, Max Ferguson, Beau Ferguson, Jeff Molinary, Mike Willis, Butch Sproles, Jim Dorton, Billy Hillman, Larry Miller and Ronnie Rose.
