He was predeceased by: his mother Thelma Ruth Altizer Nipper; and his brother Douglas Eugene Nipper. He is survived by: his father Marvin Henry Nipper; his brothers, Steven Eugene Nipper (Connie) and Robert Henry Nipper; his pet Lucky; and his close friend Ronnie Brown. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews; two great nieces; two great nephews.
