He is survived by: his siblings, Junior Ray (Mylea) of Haymarket, Jackie Ray of Abingdon, Kathy Ray of Greenville, Mack Ray (Helen) of Lebanon and Thom Ray (Julie) of Atlanta, Georgia; his nieces and nephews, Tracy, Bradley, Cassidy and Hannah; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sydney, Gavin, Garrett, Trystan and Maggie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in the form of donations to Commonwealth Senior Living of Abingdon, 860 Wolf Creek Trail, Abingdon, Virginia 24210.
