With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laura Ruby Hurd Craig (Abingdon, Virginia), who passed away on December 13, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Christian and Annis Christian; her brothers, James and Otis Christian; and her former husband Paul Hurd.
She is survived by: her sister Louise Skeens; her son Jay Craig; her husband Wayne Craig; her children, Michelle Shelton (Glen Shelton), Jason Hurd, Brad Craig (Stacey Craig) and Doug Craig (Mary Craig); and her siblings, Lois Lisenby, Frances Monroe, Shirley Lampkins and Gene Christian.
